In 2008, Michael Panicci, a Merchant Service Sales Agent, became fed up with his work field’s one-sided, common practices of trickery and poor service.

 

Growing tired of the deceitful ‘car salesman’ type tactics within the industry, he decided to make changes permanently, and Merchant Management was born.

 

By cutting out the middleman (the bank) and taking the business straight to the source, Merchant Management was able to cut card processing fees by 50%!

 

To this day, they continue to frustrate local banks and other competitors. Not only with the lowest rate achievable but with customer service quality that makes you know you’re truly valued as a customer. Not only are you a client at Merchant Management, but a part of a bigger movement that has changed the industry and put money back into the hands of those who truly deserve it.

 

But, the service doesn’t stop at card processing. Merchant Management wanted to provide a full array of products, from Lines of Credit and Business Loans to POS Systems, ATM Machines, and other hardware solutions that would help any business achieve new heights.
